Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer

Role Overview

Join HDI Group as a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to design and operate the Microsoft Power Platform focusing specifically on Copilot Studio. Collaborate closely with business units on developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, assessing AI technologies, and integrating them into the platform to enhance innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Microsoft Power Platform components, prioritizing Copilot Studio features.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and implement AI-based innovations.
• Evaluate and incorporate relevant AI technologies into the platform environment.
• Organize and facilitate hackathons and workshops to promote platform awareness and stimulate innovation.
• Empower departments to effectively utilize AI solutions for process optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Graph API.
• Excellent communication skills with experience moderating workshops.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects, preferably within consulting roles.
• Willingness to operate within a regulated work environment.
• High motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fluent German language skills at C1 level and good English proficiency at B2 level in both written and spoken forms.
