Job description
Position Overview
This role is an exciting chance to join a technology firm located in Auckland's Central Business District as a Personal Assistant. The position goes beyond traditional PA duties, making the successful candidate a pivotal figure within the office environment. Key functions include fostering strong internal relationships, coordinating vital business activities, and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize both internal and external meetings by managing scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and offer assistance to the Executive Assistant as necessary.
- Handle travel arrangements efficiently, adapting to changing schedules and priorities.
- Welcome visitors and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere within the office.
- Assist with office initiatives, including events and social committee functions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a Personal Assistant role or similar support capacity is essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Adept at juggling multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting demands effectively.
- High emotional intelligence paired with excellent judgment and a proactive mindset.
- Confidence to respectfully challenge, influence decisions and find resolutions amid competing priorities.
Employment Terms
- This is a fixed-term contract extending until 30 June 2027.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with four days required onsite.
