Work Environment and Pay

• Work alongside 12 optometrists in an 8 test-room store fostering collaboration between retail and optometry teams.
• Serve a diverse patient base ranging from infants 6 months old to seniors over 90 years, with strong local referral pathways supporting therapeutic and emergency eye care.
• Competitive salary package up to $115,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
• Full-time position with a roster that includes one weekend day.
