About the Role
Join our dedicated team in Werribee, Victoria, where you'll be at the forefront of innovation in vision care, helping patients improve their sight and overall eye health. This full-time role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment with cutting-edge technology, including OCT scans, HFA-3 Visual fields, integrated management software, auto-phoropters, autorefractors, and non-contact tonometry available to every patient at no additional cost.

Work Environment and Pay
- Work alongside 12 optometrists in an 8 test-room store fostering collaboration between retail and optometry teams.
- Serve a diverse patient base ranging from infants 6 months old to seniors over 90 years, with strong local referral pathways supporting therapeutic and emergency eye care.
- Competitive salary package up to $115,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
- Full-time position with a roster that includes one weekend day.
