Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-level .NET Core Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The developer will be accountable for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications using the .NET Core framework. This role demands a strong grasp of software development practices and the ability to work autonomously on assigned responsibilities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and sustain software applications utilizing the .NET Core framework.
- Lead and oversee a team of .NET Core developers ensuring quality and timely delivery of software projects within scope and budget constraints.
- Design and build scalable, maintainable web applications and APIs/microservices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
- Utilize agile development methodologies for efficient project management.
- Collaborate closely with team members to foster a productive work environment.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience leading and managing .NET Core developer teams.
- Expertise in .NET Core programming and knowledge of web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.
- Proficient in designing and developing APIs and microservices.
