One Way seeks two skilled Groundworkers to contribute to an active groundworks project located in the Wimborne region of Dorset. Candidates must be adaptable general groundworkers, comfortable operating within a compact team, with proficiency in drainage and broad groundworks tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of drainage systems and pipe networks.
• Performing excavations and trenching activities.
• Executing standard groundworks functions.
• Collaborating closely with the machine operator on site.
• Providing assistance on additional groundworks tasks as needed.
• Upholding rigorous safety standards throughout the project.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid CSCS card is mandatory.
• Demonstrable prior experience in groundworks.
• Proficient knowledge and practice in drainage operations.
• Full personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used.
• Solid awareness and application of construction site health and safety protocols.
• Candidates must be dependable, industrious, and capable of working harmoniously in a team environment.

Compensation and Additional Details

The hourly rate is £21.50, paid via CIS or Umbrella scheme. Candidates can expect stable ongoing work for those who prove their suitability.
