Frontend Developer (React)

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a Frontend Developer with React experience to support the creation and ongoing improvement of responsive web applications. The work is remote and can be done from anywhere. You’ll help deliver polished user interfaces, support performance improvements, and work closely with teammates across design and backend functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update interface components using React and associated libraries.
• Create layouts that adapt smoothly across different screen sizes and devices.
• Produce JavaScript and TypeScript code that is structured, readable, and easy to maintain.
• Partner with designers and backend engineers to connect UI pieces with APIs.
• Tune application speed and verify consistent behavior across major browsers.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with React.js and current frontend development tooling.
• Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript, along with state management concepts.
• Practical experience with responsive UI design and CSS frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into frontend applications.
• Ability to write modular, clean, and maintainable code.
