Job Overview
Join Amaze Solutions as a Delivery Associate in the Delhi-NCR region, responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver customer packages within scheduled timeframes.
- Pick up shipments from designated hubs or stations and execute deliveries according to set routes.
- Handle shipments with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers when required.
- Use the company mobile app to update delivery statuses in real-time.
- Maintain clear communication and uphold a professional demeanor with clients.
- Adhere to assigned routes, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
- Achieve daily delivery targets and maintain productivity standards.
