Job Overview
We seek a dependable Caretaker to reside at and maintain our property, ensuring its security and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of the premises.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the building and shared spaces.
- Opening and closing the gate according to set schedules.
- Ensuring overall security of the property.
- Overseeing the upkeep of the building.
- Alerting the owner regarding any maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
Desired Experience and Qualities
Hospitality-related knowledge or experience is advantageous.
We are looking for an individual who is honest, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable. The candidate should be comfortable living on-site and capable of managing the property independently.
