Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executives to grow our educational partnerships in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. The role involves frequent travel to various districts to engage with colleges and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit multiple colleges across AP and Telangana districts.
• Engage with principals, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and key decision-makers.
• Communicate clearly the benefits of our training and placement services.
• Generate leads and organize meetings with management teams.
• Establish and nurture lasting professional relationships with educational entities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate records of communications.
• Meet monthly collaboration and appointment targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Educational Marketing, EdTech, or business development in training institutes.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion capabilities.
• Proficient in presenting and negotiating effectively.
• Ready for extensive travel within the designated regions.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships.
• Highly self-motivated and driven by targets.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 45,000, equivalent to an annual package of approximately 2.5 to 5 lakhs. The package also includes travel allowances and performance-based incentives.
