Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to assist the BIM Manager in managing and refining BIM models throughout the entire lifecycle of projects for our client. This role requires collaboration with consultants and engineers to integrate Virtual Construction Detailing (VCD) within BIM systems to facilitate construction processes. You will also prepare and maintain models and construction drawings that support on-site activities, requiring a solid understanding of structural and architectural components.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BIM Manager by updating and revising BIM models across project phases.
- Work closely with consultants and engineers to implement VCD in BIM for construction purposes.
- Manage and produce accurate models and construction drawings that aid construction efforts.
- Possess strong knowledge of structural and architectural detailing.
Additional Information
The position requires holding a MOM Approved Licence number 16C7962.
