Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Software Developer proficient in Python and SQL to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates with up to one year of experience to build and maintain software applications, perform database management, and contribute to technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain software applications utilizing Python programming language.
- Create, run, and optimize SQL queries to manipulate and manage data.
- Handle database operations including data storage and retrieval.
- Troubleshoot and debug application and database issues at a fundamental level.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Execute data validation, testing routines, and problem resolution tasks.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers and other team members.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-organized code with comprehensive documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Proficient understanding of SQL including complex queries such as SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, and subqueries.
- Basic familiarity with relational database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems is beneficial.
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess academic qualifications such as B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, or M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an equivalent degree. Graduates from the years 2024 to 2026 are preferred. Freshers who demonstrate strong knowledge in Python and SQL are encouraged to apply.
