About the Internship

Navabharat, an established media house founded in 1934 and widely recognized for its flagship Hindi daily with 32 editions across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha, invites proactive and detail-focused individuals to join as HR interns. This role offers valuable hands-on exposure to vital human resource operations such as onboarding, employee data management using MS-Excel, effective communication strategies, and recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new employees by managing paperwork and organizing orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records using MS-Excel, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Develop communication approaches to boost employee engagement and encourage open interaction within the team.
• Facilitate recruitment efforts through job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Work alongside HR colleagues to promote employee engagement initiatives and support training sessions.
• Conduct research on HR best practices to aid in policy formulation and procedural improvements.
• Provide general administrative assistance including managing documentation and coordinating meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Navi Mumbai, possess relevant skills and interests, be able to commence the internship anytime from August 13 to September 17, 2026, and commit to a one-month period.

Stipend and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000. Successful interns may also receive a job offer upon completion.
