Internship Overview
This internship is designed for candidates passionate about Cyber Security with a solid understanding of Python and Linux. The role involves advancing your technical skills by engaging in practical security monitoring and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and mitigate potential security threats.
- Create and deploy Python scripts to automate various security-related tasks and processes.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and conduct penetration testing to evaluate system security.
- Set up and manage security infrastructure including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Work alongside IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve security vulnerabilities.
- Keep informed on emerging security practices and advanced security technologies.
- Support development and presentation of cybersecurity training materials for employees.
Additional Information
The internship duration is six months, with candidates expected to start promptly. This role is part-time based out of Chennai and nearby locations.
