Business Development Internship - Sales

About the Role

This internship offers an opportunity to directly engage with colleges and students to promote exclusive campaigns aimed at increasing college participation and job applications. Primary responsibilities include communication via calls, emails, and messaging with training and placement officers and students, supporting registration processes, and maintaining campaign momentum through persistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with training and placement officers as well as students to promote campaigns encouraging registrations and job applications.
• Assist colleges with the registration process by supplying necessary materials and motivating active promotion among students.
• Carry out regular follow-ups to ensure timely registrations and address any queries or support needs.
• Create and update detailed databases of colleges and training officers to facilitate effective communication and outreach tracking.
• Develop marketing collateral to increase campaign visibility and track daily registration progress through analytical reporting.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must be available for a full-time in-office internship lasting three months, starting between 27th August 2026 and 1st October 2026. Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Stipend and Benefits

A monthly stipend of INR 15,000 is offered. Interns will also receive a certificate upon completion, enjoy a casual dress code, and work five days a week.
