Compensation and schedule

• Annual earning potential of up to $80,000.
• Hourly base pay ranges from $20 to $32.50.

What you will do

• Install home remodeling products in line with company standards and procedures.
• Complete finishing work as required for each construction task.
• Touch base with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and approve final payments.
• Review the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner once the work is finished.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Hands-on background in window replacement and/or window wrapping.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history are required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities, including the ability to speak clearly with homeowners and coworkers.
