Raqmiyat is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to strengthen its talent acquisition function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on identifying, assessing, and securing strong technology professionals for the organization’s hiring requirements. The ideal professional will bring solid experience in technical hiring, familiarity with modern sourcing approaches, and the capability to run recruitment end to end.

What you will do

  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify technical role requirements and understand team priorities.
  • Find suitable candidates using job boards, social platforms, professional communities, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Assess applicants for technical capability, relevant background, and cultural alignment.
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviews through to offer closure.
  • Arrange and coordinate technical interviews with the relevant internal teams.
  • Keep talent pipelines organized for roles that are hired repeatedly.
  • Monitor hiring activity and share updates on recruitment progress and key metrics.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with prospective candidates and support a positive candidate journey.

Experience and qualifications
