Role overview

Nissin Foods is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen its Human Resources function. This role will own recruiting activity from first conversation through onboarding, with particular emphasis on corporate professionals and leadership hires in manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Run the end-to-end hiring process, including kickoff discussions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Recruit for a broad mix of positions, spanning corporate departments such as finance, marketing, and supply chain, as well as plant leadership roles like production management and quality supervision.
  • Work in close partnership with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruiting plans that match each role.

  • Build relationships with community organizations and local talent sources to widen reach and improve employer visibility.

Requirements
