About the internship

The Wellness Shop is hiring a Talent Acquisition intern to support its human resources function. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting operations and broader HR activities within a fast-moving e-commerce business. You will work alongside the HR team to help manage day-to-day coordination, employee support tasks, and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

Support hiring activities by publishing job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Keep employee information accurate and up to date across records and HR systems.
Assist in welcoming new joiners and conducting onboarding or induction sessions.
Help plan and organize training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Collect employee feedback through surveys and assist in reviewing the responses to improve workplace experience.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, agreements, and performance review paperwork.
Handle routine HR administrative work, including filing, data entry, and other support tasks as required.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and stay for 6 months. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR and recruitment.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
