Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of staff housing facilities while maintaining strong standards for cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
• Carry out routine checks across accommodations, guest housing, and shared/common areas.
• Work with maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security teams to make sure issues are addressed promptly.
• Handle room assignments, arrivals/departures, and keep occupancy records accurate.
• Respond to employee accommodation concerns and complaints and work toward quick, effective resolutions.
• Track the performance of vendors and contractors against the agreed service expectations.
• Make sure housing activities follow company policies, safety rules, and hygiene standards.
• Keep housing documentation, stock/inventory records, and operational reports up to date.
• Coordinate housing-related matters with HR, Facilities, and Security teams.
• Contribute to employee welfare efforts and ongoing improvements in housing service delivery.

Qualifications and experience

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline is required. The role calls for 1–2 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or a similar environment.
