About the Company
The hiring company is an AI search platform focused on helping businesses appear in AI-generated search results. In addition to its core software, the team provides forward-deployed engineering services to create custom attribution models for major enterprise customers, connecting the product with each client’s revenue and CRM data.
The business works with some of the world’s largest brands on sizable enterprise deals and is already performing at a very strong level in terms of growth and revenue. The organization is small, highly capable, and expects an exceptional standard of performance. This role represents an early-stage opportunity in a market with massive scale.
Role Overview
This position blends client work and product thinking. Roughly 30% of the role is focused on enterprise customer management: onboarding accounts, guiding customization, and helping deliver concrete outcomes. The rest of the work is closer to product management, including shaping the roadmap from customer feedback and creating new products and agents that help the company scale more quickly.
You will also build production-ready prototypes that can be transitioned to engineering. The role reports directly to the founder. The environment is fast-moving, highly hands-on, and offers broad room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and management for a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts.
- Lead customization work and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into product roadmap priorities.
- Develop ideas for new products and agents that support scale.
- Create production prototypes and hand them off to the engineering team.
- Act as a connector between the client-facing and product functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Prior exposure to client-facing work is strongly preferred.
- Experience from junior banking, junior consulting, or startup strategy and operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and real interest in the AI search domain.
- Comfort using AI tools and modern workflows.
- Willingness to work onsite in the office 5 days a week in a high-intensity setting.
- Elite or highly selective professional background is considered an advantage.
Compensation
The base salary range is $110,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, and the role also includes equity.
Work Location
New York, NY. The work model is hybrid.
