Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to support the improvement of AI systems. You will join a large network of technical professionals contributing to practical advances in AI, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering roles.

The work combines flexibility with problem-solving. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on programming assignments such as designing and solving difficult coding challenges, developing polished applications with useful features, and turning data into clear analysis and visualizations. Your contribution will help train and refine intelligent systems that continue to learn and improve.

How the selection process works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be made available through the platform.

Contracting highlights

• You can decide which projects to take on and when to work.
• You set your own schedule and can work from your personal computer at home.
• Compensation is hourly, starting at $50–$100+ per hour, with some projects offering higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Present coding challenges to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
• Assess AI-produced output for accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
• Hands-on experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging methods.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
• A completed or currently ongoing bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, programmer, or software engineer is preferred.

Payments are issued through PayPal. You will not be asked to pay any fee to participate. PayPal will manage currency conversion from USD. This opportunity is open only to candidates located in Australia and is offered on an independent contractor basis.
