Role Overview

As a Core ServiceNow Developer based in the Greater Kolkata Area, you will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that integrate systems, information, and users across global teams. The position involves delivering scalable technology that supports business needs and working closely with colleagues from different functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain capabilities across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Partner with international business users and IT teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Take part in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and regular team coordination sessions.
• Diagnose incidents and carry out root cause analysis for significant issues.
• Develop and support workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client-side scripts.

What You Need

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 5 and 6 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Working familiarity with scripting and data formats such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
