Senior / Mid Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Enzo is creating technology for the built environment with a strong focus on meaningful impact. The platform brings together IoT devices, AI systems, insurers, and property owners in one connected system. The product turns sensor signals into practical insights, so reliability, clarity, and performance are all essential.

In this role, you will help shape and improve the web and app experiences using a TypeScript-first technology stack. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, AI, and product teammates to deliver features quickly while maintaining a high standard of code quality.

This position is a practical, hands-on builder role in a fast-paced startup setting. Although the application includes a React Native component, the core focus remains on TypeScript-based full stack development rather than mobile specialization.

Core Responsibilities

You will work across the stack with emphasis on modern frontend development, strong TypeScript practices, and well-designed system interfaces.

• Develop and support web applications with TypeScript, React, and Cursor.
• Contribute to the React Native app when needed.
• Create UI logic and state handling that is maintainable and easy to extend.
• Connect frontend features with APIs and backend services.
• Maintain dependable data exchange between frontend, backend, and AI systems.
• Improve application speed, stability, and robustness.
• Produce TypeScript code that is clear, structured, and testable.
• Help preserve codebase quality as the product grows.
• Balance delivery speed with thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Engineering teams on day-to-day work.
• Turn product needs into workable technical solutions.
• Take part in technical conversations and help shape decisions.
• Support cloud-related activities such as CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring when required.
• Contribute to reliability and a smoother developer experience.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong TypeScript engineer who is comfortable operating across the full stack and thrives in an execution-focused startup environment.

• Proven experience using TypeScript on the frontend, and ideally also on the backend.
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals.
• Ability to write clean code and think in terms of good architecture.
• Comfort working across multiple layers of the stack.
• Good judgment around tradeoffs, with a focus on outcomes.
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable building products used by real customers.
• Adaptable and able to move quickly in a changing environment.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure or DevOps is a plus.
• Experience with IoT or data-intensive products is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
