Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and run secure, scalable products and integrations for a global mobility platform. This position is based in Bengaluru/Bangalore and follows a hybrid working model. It is a permanent role and is intended for an immediate joiner.

The work will be centered on modern full-stack engineering with Next.js, React, C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. You will also contribute to AI-first product capabilities and use agentic development workflows with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot.

What you will work on

• Create and improve web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and WebAPI.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using PaaS services.
• Help shape architecture and integration patterns using REST and event-driven approaches.
• Support production stability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and clear operational documentation.
• Apply secure engineering practices with attention to privacy, auditability, and data protection.
• Work closely with product, implementation, and client-facing teams to deliver technical outcomes.
• Use AI-enabled development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and similar assistants.
• Follow spec-led and agent-led development methods.
• Design AI-powered features using prompt engineering, LLM integration, and RAG techniques.
• Integrate AI APIs and models while maintaining responsible AI usage and system observability.
• Support team growth through code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Experience and qualification requirements

The role calls for 8 to 14 years of experience overall, with at least 5 years in enterprise software development. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Next.js and/or React with TypeScript, along with solid backend development exposure in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and MVC. Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure PaaS services is essential.

Applicants should be comfortable working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments and should understand software architecture, design patterns, and how to build scalable applications. Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or similar is expected, along with experience building AI-enabled solutions through prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or similar workflows.

Preferred background

Extra value will be given to candidates with Microsoft Azure or related certifications, experience in distributed or event-driven systems, and familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, nHibernate, caching, testing frameworks such as TDD, BDD, xUnit, Jest, or Mocha, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to analytics, reporting, BI tools, mobile ecosystems, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Services, and the review of AI-generated code will also be useful.

Technical skills expected

Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SPA architecture, performance tuning, and accessibility.

Backend: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, WebAPI, REST APIs, authentication and authorization.

Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Azure PaaS services, secure networking, identity management, deployment automation, and observability.

Engineering practices: Git, secure SDLC, spec-driven development, AI-assisted code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

AI technologies: Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, LLM API integration, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI practices.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
