  • Serve as the main support contact for onboarding new team members and leaders so they can get settled quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare expense statements, purchase orders, and support the upkeep of office equipment, supplies, and the workplace environment, while also assisting with budget and financial goals and helping coordinate equipment or team relocations.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint or Keynote presentations and Excel-based reports, often within tight timelines, by consolidating information from multiple sources.
  • Support a large, diverse group of colleagues with varying management styles in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where flexibility, relationship-building, and confidentiality are essential.
