The Role
Tanium is seeking an energetic, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join its expanding business in Frankfurt. In this position, you will work across sales, marketing, and channel functions while building the foundation for a long-term career in technology sales. The company will support your growth with training, coaching, and the tools needed to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Setting up well-qualified meetings for field sales representatives by following a defined sales process and territory-based selling approach.
- Building and executing outbound prospecting plans in partnership with field sales to grow your assigned territory.
- Handling inbound marketing leads and following up on demand generation activity within your territory.
- Using tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, and Notion to maximize territory performance.
- Working with sales, marketing, and partners to create a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Developing expertise through training in cold calling, prospecting, Tanium’s solutions, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Strengthening communication skills with guidance from leadership and learning to provide clear reporting to the business.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly activity targets for calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
- Collaborating closely with teammates and business partners in a highly team-oriented environment.
- Travelling for around 5% of the time as required.

- At least 1 year of experience in enterprise SaaS or security, preferred.

- Comfort working with a fast-moving, high-energy sales team and improving strategic sales approaches.
