Role Overview
Smollan is looking for a Project Manager to lead projects in Nigeria, with a strong focus on delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational performance. The position is suited to someone who can balance commercial goals, client expectations, and team execution in a fast-moving environment.
Key Focus Areas
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning through completion.
- Support profitability targets while maintaining strong client and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate project teams to keep work aligned, organised, and on schedule.
Experience
A background of 6 to 8 years in project management is preferred, with FMCG exposure considered an advantage. The role also notes an essential minimum experience requirement of 5 to 10 years.
Education
A Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 7 is required.
