Role Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day production activities in textile and garment manufacturing, ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and efficient use of resources on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production timelines, manpower, and material resources for textile and garment output.
- Monitor garment quality and ensure finished pieces meet required standards.
- Supervise shop floor activities and keep operations running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve output, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Eligibility
Candidates with any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 1,44,000 to INR 1,80,000.
