Role Overview
Aptiv is hiring a Molding Operator for its Arakkunnam, Ernakulam facility in Kochi, Kerala. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting molding operations, mold setup, and process validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle mold changeovers and prepare plastic materials required for production.
- Support first-off trials for new molds and assist with process qualification studies.
- Carry out molding trial activities such as correction runs, troubleshooting, stress runs, and related documentation.
Qualification and Experience
- A Diploma in Plastic Molding Technology is required.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Location
The position is based at Aptiv Arakkunnam, Ernakulam, in Kochi, Kerala, India.
