Overview

L&T Construction & Mining Machinery, part of the Larsen & Toubro Group, is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Nagpur, Maharashtra location. Role Summary

This position is centered on techno-commercial and service support for L&T-installed crushers, apron feeders, material handling systems, and surface miner equipment used in cement and power plants. The role is based in Nagpur and includes equipment health audits, preparing and following up on techno-commercial proposals until purchase orders are secured, and supervising commissioning work at new plant sites across the region.

Key Duties

  • Grow spares and service sales for the covered equipment portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and offers.
  • Encourage customers to choose original equipment manufacturer spares.
