Job overview
This role is for a high-performing Leasing Manager to lead leasing and commercial marketing efforts for a landmark 20-storey office tower in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. The property includes furnished offices, coworking areas, retail showrooms, and multifunction rooms, along with a range of premium amenities designed for both building users and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute leasing and pricing plans aimed at maximizing occupancy levels and revenue.
- Develop strong relationships with tenants and clients while ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Prepare and oversee lease agreements, and manage renewals, handovers, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Work closely with marketing activities to strengthen the tower’s market presence.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably within office or mixed-use commercial assets.
- Proven background in negotiation and tenant contract management.
- Experience in pre-opening projects will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, paired with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
