Role Overview
We are hiring an energetic and confident Introduction Executive to join an expanding Introduction and Relationship Management function in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position is suited to recent graduates and professionals with up to 1 year of experience who want to start or grow a career in financial services.
In this role, you will handle communication with prospective and current clients, support onboarding activities, help manage client relationships, and contribute to engagement efforts in a regulated financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective and existing clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Present company services and explain the onboarding journey.
- Support and coordinate account opening and onboarding workflows.
- Carry out regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Keep CRM records updated accurately and consistently.
- Set reminders, follow-up tasks, and client-related schedules.
- Work closely with onboarding, support, and operations teams.
- Maintain a high standard of professional communication.
- Adhere to compliance requirements and internal operating procedures.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
