Overview

EY is looking for a Technical Lead to join its Technology Consulting practice and contribute to Guidewire implementation work for clients around the world. The role is part of a globally connected environment where you can grow your career while helping deliver outcomes that matter for customers and communities.

Job Purpose

This position is centered on technical leadership within the Technology Consulting team, with responsibility for supporting multiple Guidewire implementation initiatives across global client engagements.

Technical Profile

The ideal candidate should bring solid hands-on experience with Guidewire and modern web/application development tools. For Guidewire-related work, at least 3 years of experience with the JUTRO framework is required. Exposure to the backend Edge framework is also needed. Experience in the insurance domain is considered an advantage.

Testing and integration knowledge are important for this role, including unit testing with GUnit and JEST, as well as working familiarity with architecture patterns and APIs such as REST and RPC. Experience with JSON-based integration and REST API integration is also part of the expected profile.

For candidates without prior Guidewire experience, strong skills in ReactJS on the frontend and either .NET or Java on the backend are required. Insurance domain knowledge remains a plus in this track as well.
