Go Developer - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Go Developer to contribute to AI training work. In this role, you will join a large community of coding professionals helping improve AI systems through practical programming tasks and evaluation work.

The work combines flexibility with technical depth. You may be asked to solve coding challenges, create programming problems, build functional applications, or analyze and visualize data. Your output will help refine intelligent systems that continue to learn and improve over time. Some people use this as a side engagement alongside another job, while others choose it as their main professional focus.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive a confirmation email and paid tasks will be made available on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and solve a variety of coding exercises that support AI model training, with particular attention to Android-related development work.
• Produce clean code samples along with clear, well-structured explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future model performance.

Compensation and Engagement Terms

• This is an independent contractor arrangement.
• Work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at USD 50 to 100+ per hour depending on the project.
• Some projects may offer even higher pay rates.
• Payment is processed through PayPal.
• No payment or fee is ever requested from applicants.
• Currency conversion, if needed, is handled by PayPal from USD.

Eligibility

This opportunity is available only to applicants located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates outside these locations will not have access to assessments or available work at this time.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual English proficiency.
• Strong writing ability, including grammar and clarity.
• Comfort with Kotlin is preferred.
• Working knowledge of at least one relevant language or framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, either completed or currently in progress.
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred.

Additional Information

You will typically choose the projects you want to work on and decide when to work, using your own computer from home. The role offers flexibility to fit around other commitments or full-time work.
