Fresher Data Analyst (Entry/Junior Level)

Role overview

Fundación Foro is hiring a part-time remote Fresher Data Analyst at an entry/junior level. In this role, you will gather, arrange, and examine data to uncover trends and patterns. You will also help with statistical work, build simple data models, prepare reports, and support business decisions with evidence-based insights. Working closely with teammates and explaining findings clearly will be part of the role as well.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from relevant sources and keep it organized for analysis.
• Study datasets to spot patterns, trends, and meaningful insights.
• Support statistical analysis and related quantitative tasks.
• Assist in creating and maintaining data models.
• Prepare detailed reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Share analytical outcomes clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to decision-making by turning data into practical insights.
• Collaborate with the team while working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze data and work with analytical methods.
• Good understanding of statistics and the ability to carry out statistical analysis.
• Some exposure to or strong interest in data modeling.
• Effective communication skills for presenting and explaining data.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
• Comfort using data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, or similar software is preferred.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field is preferred.
