Role overviewThis position sits within Leap Scholar, a platform that helps students plan and execute their study-abroad journey. The role focuses on advising aspiring international students and supporting them through the admissions process.What you will doHold counselling discussions with students through phone calls and virtual sessions.Recommend suitable study options based on each student’s academic background and interests.Help students evaluate universities, colleges, and course choices.Support applicants with completing and submitting their applications.Explain the visa process and assist with visa-related paperwork.Represent the organisation at education fairs, exhibitions, and other events when needed.What the role calls forStrong verbal and written communication skills.Comfort working with CRM tools.A track record of consistently achieving targets in previous roles.Background in study-abroad services or the edtech sector is preferred.Additional informationThis is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
