Job Overview
This remote contract role is focused on supporting AI training work through careful, high-quality data analysis. The position does not require prior AI experience; instead, it values strong subject-matter knowledge and the ability to apply Excel-based analysis to real-world data tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Use Microsoft Excel to perform detailed analysis and turn data into practical insights for business decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand what data is needed and convert those needs into useful analysis.
- Check, clean, and verify datasets so they remain accurate, consistent, and reliable.
- Create clear reports and visual summaries that can be understood by both technical and non-technical teams.
- Spot patterns, irregularities, and improvement opportunities in complex datasets and support strategic work.
- Record your approach, findings, and recommendations with strong attention to detail.
- Support better data-led decision-making within the customer’s team through your analysis expertise.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel as the main tool for business data analysis.
- High accuracy and careful attention to detail when handling data and reporting results.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to explain analytical outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams to help achieve business goals.
