What the role involves
You will be based in the store and report to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Day-to-day duties may include working at the tills, guiding customers, and supporting the back shop operation.

- Learn the store’s promotions and schemes and actively share that information with customers.
- Keep store operations running efficiently by making sure the correct products are on display, handling till transactions well, and assisting with stock in the stockroom.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping experience and maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store.
What you need
Full training will be provided. Boots is looking for people who can work quickly in a varied environment, communicate clearly, listen well, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Small details matter in customer interactions, and you should be keen to represent the Boots brand positively and help customers choose the right products.
