Cross-Platform App Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced Cross-Platform App Developer - AI Trainer who will help improve AI systems through coding-focused work. You will join a large global community of technical professionals working on practical AI development projects across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related specialties.

The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You may create and solve programming problems, build polished applications with advanced functionality, and analyze and visualize data to produce useful insights. Your contributions will help train and refine intelligent systems that continue to learn and improve over time. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time role, while others make it their primary work and select projects that fit their availability.

How selection works

After registering, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be released through the platform.

Key responsibilities

Your main focus will be to generate high-quality coding content for AI training, especially around Android development and cross-platform app work. You will also review AI-produced code and help improve the accuracy and usefulness of future model outputs.

Contract details and work style

This is an independent contractor opportunity. You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The role is designed for self-managed work on your own computer from home.

Pay and payment

Compensation is hourly, beginning at $50-$100+ per hour, with higher rates available for certain projects. Payment is processed through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal where applicable.

Eligibility and location limits

This opportunity is available only to candidates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not have access to assessments or work on the platform at this time.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong English fluency, excellent written communication, and a completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree. Experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred. Kotlin experience is preferred, and candidates must also be comfortable with at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
