Role Summary
The selected candidate will manage the internal collection process, maintain regular follow-ups, and support payment recovery activities. Candidates with prior experience in the transport sector will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s in-house collection process.
- Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely collection updates.
- Maintain regular coordination with relevant stakeholders for recovery tasks.
- Use MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, for collection-related work and tracking.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from any stream.
- Should have at least 3 years of collection-related experience.
- Experience of 3 to 4 years will be considered relevant.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
- Previous exposure to the transport industry will be an added advantage.
