Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Cleaner position is based in Kidderminster. The role is responsible for keeping assigned areas hygienic and well maintained, with day-to-day duties covering general cleaning and support tasks.

Key Duties

The Cleaner will carry out routine cleaning work across different areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Dust surfaces and fixtures thoroughly.
• Vacuum carpets and other floor areas as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitise surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Dispose of waste in line with site procedures.
• Refill cleaning or hygiene supplies when required.
• Flag any maintenance concerns to the relevant team.
• Follow all applicable safety and hygiene rules while working.

Skills and Experience

Applicants should be comfortable carrying out standard cleaning activities and managing their work efficiently with minimal supervision. A strong eye for detail, good time management, and a professional approach are important.

Additional Requirements

The role calls for awareness of cleaning products and equipment, the ability to work independently to a set schedule, and the physical capacity to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Good communication and a cooperative attitude are also expected. Prior cleaning experience is beneficial, but it is not essential because training will be provided.
