Role & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the bank's growth by focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. Key duties include promoting and selling a diverse range of banking products such as Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), loans, insurance, and investment services. The role involves identifying emerging market opportunities, formulating effective sales strategies, and building robust, long-term customer connections. Success will be measured by the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales objectives. This position also requires close collaboration with internal departments to guarantee a superior customer experience and staying informed about market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
