Through multiple subsidiaries covering marketing, special economic zones, fashion retail, and overseas trade, the group has an international operating footprint.Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site position in Tada for a BOM Senior Executive. The role focuses on building, checking, and maintaining Bills of Materials for leather and textile products, making sure the system reflects the correct components, quantities, and product specifications. The position works closely with design, production, procurement, and quality functions to convert product concepts into production-ready BOMs and keep them updated across the product lifecycle.What You Will DoPrepare, validate, and maintain BOMs for leather and textile products.Ensure component lists, quantities, and specifications are accurate in the system.Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to translate product designs into manufacturing-ready BOMs.Update BOM records as products move through different stages of the lifecycle.Track material usage and compare actual consumption against planned requirements.Spot material variances and support cost estimation activities.Help improve material efficiency and reduce waste through better BOM control.Maintain proper records and documentation, and support internal audits and reviews.Contribute to improvements in production planning, BOM processes, and data management practices.RequirementsStrong hands-on experience in BOM creation, maintenance, and control in apparel, leather, or textile manufacturing environments is expected. The role requires familiarity with product construction, leather and textile materials, trims, and accessories, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Candidates should bring strong attention to detail, solid numerical and analytical thinking, and a disciplined approach to documentation and version control. Good written and verbal communication skills are needed for process documentation, internal reviews, and audits. The ability to work on-site in Tada and handle work within timelines is important.EducationA bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Leather Technology, Fashion Technology, Production, or a related discipline is preferred.
