About the RoleButterfly Learnings is hiring a fresher Behaviour Therapist in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on supporting children’s behavioral development through structured therapeutic methods, close collaboration with caregivers and clinicians, and consistent documentation of client progress.What You’ll DoDeliver one-to-one and group-based client support using structured teaching techniques and natural environment training.Carry out behavior intervention plans, skill-building activities, and behavior reduction strategies as outlined in treatment plans.Track progress by collecting, recording, and updating accurate notes on client behavior and developmental outcomes.Support parents and caregivers with training that aligns with each child’s therapy goals.Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers about progress updates and ongoing support plans.Use safe client-handling practices and protect client confidentiality at all times.Assist Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists with therapy materials and documentation.Keep the therapy space clean, safe, and well-organized.Work closely with treatment teams, caregivers, and outside professionals to support the client effectively.Take part in learning and development sessions to improve both technical and professional abilities.Who Can ApplyThis opportunity is open only to candidates based in Navi Mumbai.Other RequirementsAbility to accept feedback positively and keep improving professionally.Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.Strong spoken and written communication, along with basic knowledge of MS Office and computer tools.Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, teammates, supervisors, and community contacts.Strong commitment to company policies, client privacy, and ethical conduct.Willingness to join ongoing training and development programs.Ability to understand and follow clinical protocols accurately.About Butterfly LearningsButterfly Learnings works to improve the holistic development and behavioral well-being of children.
