You will deliver professional, high-quality haircuts in a calm and polished setting. The job calls for confidence with both scissors and clippers, while also being part of a close-knit team that values shared activities and a lifestyle-oriented environment, not just day-to-day work.

Candidate profile

The ideal barber brings several years of hands-on experience, is comfortable working with both cutting tools and machines, communicates well in English, and holds a European passport.

Pay and earnings

Compensation is performance-oriented and depends on experience, base pay, and the products you sell. Higher contribution can lead to higher take-home earnings. Salary is reviewed every six months.

Relocation support

The employer will cover your flight to Denmark and can arrange accommodation close to the workplace at favorable prices.

Growth and training

A defined career route is available, with progression from barber to store manager and, for the right person, potentially part-owner of a store. Training and internal education begin from day one.
