About the internship
This in-office internship is based in Pune with FirstCry.com, a major kids and baby products retailer with a strong online and offline presence across India. The role is centered on supporting end-to-end hiring work and gaining practical exposure to how recruitment functions in a fast-growing business.
What you’ll do
- Understand hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment support.
- Identify and attract potential candidates using different sourcing channels.
- Review applications and assess candidate profiles for suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and help facilitate hiring decisions.
- Keep communication moving between candidates and internal stakeholders during the hiring process.
- Support offer-related coordination and onboarding activities.
