About the internship
This role is with Reflex Realty LLP, a well-established real estate consulting firm operating from South Mumbai for more than 45 years. The company provides specialized real estate advisory and support services for clients looking to buy, use, sell, or invest in property, with work spanning commercial, residential, and retail assets across Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and arrange key real estate legal documents, including memorandums of understanding, agreements to sell, sale deeds, lease agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assist with legal due diligence for property deals by checking title records, approvals, and related documents.
- Work with internal teams, outside legal counsel, and government offices whenever coordination is needed.
- Keep legal files, records, and documentation properly updated and organized.
- Support compliance activities under RERA and other relevant laws.
- Carry out basic legal research focused on property and real estate law.

This internship is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office role in Mumbai, can begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, and are available for the complete 6-month duration. Applicants must be based in Mumbai and should have relevant skills and interest in the field.
Additional requirements
- Current law student pursuing LLB, BA LLB, or BBA LLB.
- Working knowledge of real estate law and related paperwork.
- Strong drafting ability and clear communication skills.
- Careful, detail-oriented approach and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort using MS Word and basic documentation tools.
