Odisha Development Management Programme (ODMP) is a registered network of grassroots NGOs, environmentalists, and academicians based in Odisha. It began in Puri after the 1999 super-cyclone, worked with partner NGOs on a district water and sanitation programme in the early 2000s, and later expanded its development and environmental activities across other districts of the state.
