Role overview

The Law Reporters is hiring a Telecaller for its Dubai location. This position is focused on outbound calling, client engagement, and B2B deal conversion, with a strong emphasis on handling US-based customers.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients in the US through outbound calls.
• Identify qualified leads, nurture business relationships, and support closure of B2B opportunities.
• Stay in touch with prospects and work toward meeting sales goals.
• Keep customer communication and interaction details accurately documented.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with US clients is required.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear American accent is essential.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and closing deals is needed.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Strong self-motivation, along with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
