Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Experis, a CMM Level 5 IT company, is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for its Bengaluru location. The role focuses on building modern web and cloud applications, while also contributing to AI-enabled development practices and architecture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create contemporary web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build backend components and services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and WebAPI.
• Develop cloud-first solutions on Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
• Architect REST-oriented and event-driven integrations between systems.
• Maintain production-quality standards through monitoring, logging, alerting, and clear operational documentation.
• Follow secure engineering practices with attention to privacy, audit trails, and data protection.
• Work closely with product teams, implementation teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
• Adopt agent-based development methods using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Operate within spec-led development workflows.
• Design AI-driven capabilities such as prompt engineering, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Connect AI APIs, models, and related toolchains into the overall application design.
• Support team growth by reviewing code and guiding engineers technically.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
• Development using React.js and Next.js
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET and WebAPI
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft PaaS services
• Understanding of REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG, and AI APIs into applications
• Ability to mentor peers through reviews and technical direction
